How quickly must I hire an attorney?
You should not feel pressured to make an immediate decision about pursuing a claim for compensation. However keep in mind that each state imposes a deadline for lawsuits to be filed. This deadline is known as the statute of limitations.

There is no charge for our review of your case. If we decide we can represent you, we will discuss our contingent fees (calculated as a percentage of the recovery we obtain) and provide a written contract for us to agree on.
Will I need money to get started? How do I pay my lawyer?
No. We handle most cases on a contingent fee basis, which means we do not get paid unless you make a recovery. We advance the money for expenses incurred during our representation while a case is pending. Will you come and meet with me or will I need to come to your office?
It is your choice. We meet clients regularly at their homes or places of business. We would also enjoy meeting with you at our offices. We can travel to you no matter where you are located. When needed, we are able to schedule appointments at night and on the weekends. If necessary, we will also come to the hospital or healthcare facility.

How much money will I receive for what has happened to me?
