Mr. Stocks spent the first five years of his practice at large defense-oriented law firms in Los Angeles, California in the representation of large companies and public entities, primarily in employment related matters, including discrimination and harassment lawsuits, employee discipline actions and administrative proceedings, Title VII, California Fair Employment and Housing Act, the Federal Family and Medical Leave Act, the Americans With Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and federal and state (California) wage and hour laws.
