Changes resulting from the Tennessee November 2008 elections will soon be upon us.  Newly elected officials will soon have laws in front of them that impact your rights as an injured worker. Those laws are being supported by the big business and insurance companies.  Most of the new laws are aimed at taking away or reducing workers' compensation benefits and injured worker's rights.  The employers and insurance companies in Tennessee are trying to reduce their responsibilities to injured workers.
