Child Killed in Interstate 40 Crash Near Monterey, TN
An 8-month-old baby was killed and two adults were injured in an auto accident on I - 40 near Monterey, Tennessee. The infant was properly restrained in a child seat, and the seat was properly installed according to a spokes person for the Tennessee Highway patrol.
