Church Van Crashes in Morristown, TN

Fourteen people were injured when their church van crashed in Morristown, TN.
The van, which was carrying mostly teens from New Vision Ministries in White Pine, Tn, ran a stop sign at a railroad crossing before crashing into an embankment.
Twelve of the injured passengers were taken to Morristown-Hamblen Healthcare System, while two others were airlifted to U.T. Medical Center in Knoxville.  Most of the injured were treated and released while three remained in the hospital.
The driver of the van, Cecil Garrett, was cited for running a stop sign, driving on an expired registration and not wearing a seatbelt.
