I-440 East On-Ramp in Nashville Causing More Accidents Than in Years Past
The steep curve at the I-440 on ramp from 40 eastbound in Davidson Co. has seen a sharp increase in accidents in the past five years.The Metro police department and Tennessee Highway patrol have worked a total of 121 accidents on the curve in the past five years, 28 of which resulted in serious injuries.
These numbers are 10 times higher than five years ago.
