A plane crashed on approach in northeast Brazil on Friday May 23, 2009, killing all 11 people on board, according to cnn.com. Among the dead were 11 adults and 4 children.The airline crash occurred near the resort town of Trancoso, Brazil. It was reported that said it was raining, but visibility was not bad.
The plane had taken off from Sao Paulo. It was also reported that there was no chance of survival at the fiery crash site.
The plane belonged to Roger Wright a prominent businessman -- who was traveling with his wife and other family members. Wright, 56, was an ex-partner of Banco Garantia and owner of Arsenal Investimentos.
