Do I have the right to schedule my own Dr.'s appointments in my Tennessee Worker's Compensation Case?

As long as the appointment is scheduled within the time frame of what the Dr.'s request, nothing in the Tennessee Department of Labor Rule's prohibit you from scheduling your own appointment with your treating physician.
