If my child is injured at a Tennessee playground, summer camp or other children's facility, can we hold the owner responsible for my child's injuries?

A: If you can prove that the owner or operator of the Tennessee playground summer camp or other children's facility' camp, or other children's facility was negligent (careless) in some way.  One of the most common ways this is proven is by establishing that the responsible person failed to maintain the playground or other equipment at the facility. Other ways to prove negligence would be to establish that the equipment is unreasonable dangerous, defective or failed to have proper or improper or inadequate protective devices.  Often, the summer camp's negligence may be proven by establishing or inadequate supervision of your child was provided.
