The Boeing 737-300 made an emergence landing in Charleston, WV after an explosive and sudden decompression of the cabin while at 34,000 feet. This sudden cabin decompression was caused when the fuselage ripped open forming a 17 inch hole near the rear of the airplane.

  Description: Pain pumps used after arthroscopic shoulder surgeries have caused severe injuries to patients’ shoulder joints. As early as 2007, the American Journal of Sports Medicine reported a link between the intra-articular pain pumps and Postarthroscopic Glenohumeral Chondrolysis (PAGCL).

  Description: Twelve (12) and Fifteen (15) passenger vans are used by various groups and organizations due to their ability to transport a large amount of people and their accompanying cargo. These dangerous vans are used as church vans, hotel shuttles, daycare busses, airport shuttles, school buses as well as many other uses. Many people who driver or are passengers in these vans are unaware of the risks of rollover accidents and subsequent injuries involved. Compounding this problem, the rate of safety belt use among occupants of large vans involved in fatal crashes is very low compared to other types of vehicles.
• Roughly 10,000 people are killed each year in rollover accidents and many more suffer catastrophic injuries, including brain injuries and spinal cord injuries from vehicles roll overs and roofs crushing in.

Meanwhile, the Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV) has become the vehicle of choice for many families and individuals. These rollover accidents can cause severe injuries and death not just because of the rolling action, but because of defective and unsafe materials and designs that may be incorporated into the SUV’s roof and roof supports.
• Yamaha Motor Company Inc. has recently been the subject on a number of lawsuits involving Yamaha Rhino ATV rollovers   
  Description: Yamaha Motor Company Inc. has recently been the subject on a number of lawsuits involving Yamaha Rhino ATV rollovers. These side by side off road vehicles have a dangerous propensity to roll over and injure the riders. These ATVs are defective and unreasonably dangerous. They are excessively prone to tip over even on flat or slight grade terrain even while a safe turn is being conducted.
