Class action lawsuit filed against Toyota

A class action law suit has been filed on behalf of all Toyota car owners in the entire state of Nevada.
The suit, that targets not only Toyota but the dealerships in Nevada, states that the recalled vehicles have suffered a reduction in market value by up to 6 percent due to the repairs and demands payment to the customers for their diminished investment.
Close to 40 thousand Nevadans who own these cars could be affected by this lawsuit.
