Nashville Man Killed in Deadly Motorcycle-Car Collision

A Nashville man was fatally injured in collision between his motorcycle and car at the intersection of Clarksville Pike and Stevens Lane, on the evening of Monday, April 27, 2009. The man was identified by Metro Police as Brian Stabile, 45, of Whites Creek, TN.
The Nashville City Paper reported that, "Stabile was riding a 2001 Harley Davidson motorcycle southbound on Clarksville Pike at 6:15 p.m. when he collided with a 1999 Buick Regal driven by Cynthia Barnett, 34, of Homeland Drive."
According to the Metro Police report, Barnett was traveling on Stevens Lane and crossed Clarksville Pike striking the motorcycle redden by Stabile.
The accident report did not reference drugs or alcohol being involved.
